Food or beverages others than the ones sold by the permit owner will not be tolerated on the premises. Gambling is not allowed. For all receptions, a deposit of $300.00 is required. 50% of the estimated cost is due two weeks in advance and the balance is due on the day of the reception. The $300.00 deposit will be return by mail in the week following the reception.
Applicable taxes and gratuities of 15% are not included in the prices of this menu. Catering services other than ours is prohibited. The golf club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in our hall. We reserve the right, at all times, to inspect a reception in progress. The equipment used is the responsibility of the customer. Confetti is prohibited on the Club property.
In order to guarantee your choice of menu, your selection must be confirmed two weeks prior to the date of the reception. The number of guests must be confirmed 72 hours (3 working days) in advance. If no confirmation is made, the Club will charge for the initial number of plates estimated. You will be charged for the highest number of either the number of guests confirmed or the ones being present.
There is no banquet hall rental fee during the golf season. However a $500.00 fee will apply during the off season.
